We're now looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Location: Wingfield, SA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates throughout Adelaide and South Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter, sales professional, or customer-focused business developer who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the transport, logistics, warehousing and supply chain sectors.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to develop strong commercial partnerships.
- Build and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts.

Full 360 Recruitment

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
- Recruit for a variety of positions including:
- MC, HC, HR & MR Drivers
- Forklift Operators
- Warehouse Staff
- Transport Supervisors
- Fleet Controllers
- Logistics Coordinators
- Operations Personnel

Candidate Attraction & Talent Pooling

- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified transport and logistics professionals.
- Utilise job boards, referrals,



networking and database searches to attract top talent.

Account Management & Growth

- Deliver exceptional service to existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase workforce solutions.
- Provide workforce planning support and recruitment advice.

Compliance & Workforce Management

- Ensure candidates meet all licensing, induction, medical and legislative requirements.
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance across all placements.

Operational Excellence

- Maintain accurate records within our CRM and recruitment systems.
- Manage recruitment activity, client communication and candidate engagement efficiently.

About You We're looking for someone who is motivated, resilient and commercially driven, with a strong desire to build a successful long-term career.

Ideally, You Will Have:

- Previous recruitment, labour hire, sales or business development experience.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience within recruitment, transport, logistics or labour hire will be highly regarded, but we are also open to experienced sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment. What's in It for You?
