About the Role

Join our Technology Division in a 360-degree recruitment role focused on ICT, digital, data and cyber security professionals.

This is a warm desk opportunity with established government clients, active job requirements and access to existing candidate networks. You'll have the autonomy to grow your market while leveraging face2face's strong reputation and long-standing government relationships.

You'll recruit across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Architecture, Testing and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain specialist talent networks.

- Develop and manage government client relationships.

- Source, assess and place technology professionals.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.





- Maintain compliance and accurate recruitment records.

About You

- Recruitment experience in ICT, technology, government or professional services.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

- A proactive approach to business development and candidate engagement.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
