This is a true 360 role: you own your desk, you grow your client base, you fill the jobs, and you get paid for it.

This diverse, full-time role sits within a close-knit team, resourcing and onboarding quality blue collar and trades staff for projects and assignments nationally. You'll work across a broad client base, and we'll train you — ensuring best practice recruitment processes are adhered to throughout. Our office, with on-site parking, is located at Adelaide Airport.

About the role — full 360

You'll play an integral role in our Trades temporary contracting business. The role demands someone both proactive and reactive, organised, and capable of handling a high volume of vacancies and shifting priorities effectively.



You'll need strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Your key focus areas

- Business development — identifying, winning and growing accounts within the trades and industrial sector
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and mobilising candidates
- Recruitment of trades-based on-hire roles for our clients nationally
- Building genuine rapport with candidates and our existing workforce
- Drafting and publishing advertisements
- Phone screening and face-to-face interviewing
- Pre-employment checks, including reference checking
- Visiting sites to strengthen client relationships and manage our people
- Ensuring the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety are maintained

What we're looking for

- A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to create a fantastic first impression — every time
- Genuine drive to hit targets, chase outcomes and be measured on results
- Comfort and confidence on the phone — this is a phone-first, relationship-first role
- High volume trades recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential (e.g. mechanical,



electrical, industrial)
- The ability to find suitable candidates in a competitive, tight candidate market
- The ability to think outside the square to source candidates
- A genuine desire to provide our clients with superior, outstanding and timely service
- Openness to using AI and technology to work smarter
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
