About the Role

Working directly with the Founder, you’ll help manage the day-to-day delivery of recruitment projects while supporting the growth of the business through operations, marketing and candidate engagement.

No two days are the same.

One day you may be sourcing senior ecommerce professionals, the next creating LinkedIn content, conducting reference checks or helping implement new AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

- Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LOXO, SEEK and other sourcing platforms.




- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone, video, email and SMS.
- Conduct initial interviews and prepare candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Conduct professional reference checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within LOXO CRM.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations
- Manage recruitment administration and documentation.
- Keep CRM Loxo records accurate and up to date.
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview packs.
- Assist with reporting and recruitment analytics.
- Improve internal workflows and processes.
- Support implementation of AI tools and automation.

Marketing & Community
- Create Canva carousels, graphics and social media posts using our brand assets.
- Schedule LinkedIn and Instagram content.
- Prepare monthly email newsletters (EDMs).
- Write blogs and recruitment insights
- Help grow Australia’s leading ecommerce recruitment community.

About You

- 3 to 5 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Experience recruiting across marketing, ecommerce, digital, CRM or technology roles




- Exposure to the Australian recruitment market
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience
- Experience using a recruitment CRM (LOXO experience highly regarded).
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident speaking with candidates over the phone and video
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

- Social media content creation
- Experience writing LinkedIn posts or blogs
- Experience using AI tools
- Email marketing or EDM experience.
- Experience supporting a founder or startup environment.
