Are you an accounting qualified with entrepreneurial ambition, strong local connections and the hunger to build something of your own?

We are looking for motivated professionals across regional Australia and major country towns to develop and grow a local client base for accounting and tax services under our established brands.

PremierOne Tax & Accounting primarily serves SME businesses with annual sales above $500,000 , while AffordBooksTax provides affordable accounting solutions for micro and small businesses with annual sales below $500,000 .

The opportunity

You focus on your local market — networking, building relationships, promoting our brands, and winning clients .

We take care of the professional engine behind you — accounting, taxation, compliance, systems, technology, training and back-office support .

We are a CPA Australia Practice , supported by an experienced team of FCPA, CPA, and CA professionals . We are also a Registered Tax Agent, a Registered ASIC Agent, and a Xero Gold Partner .

Who are we looking for?

You should have

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline , or CPA, CA, or IPA studies/qualification , either partly or fully completed.
2. Experience in accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, or a relevant commercial environment .
3. Strong local/community networks and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. A genuine entrepreneurial and business-development mindset ,



with the drive to find and win clients.
5. Robust technology skills and confidence using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other contemporary marketing tools to build your local presence and generate leads.
6. Willingness to invest your own time, effort, and resources in learning, networking, marketing, and developing your client portfolio.
7. Long-term and appropriate Australian working rights .

Not your traditional franchise model We don't believe ambitious accounting professionals should have to pay a hefty franchise or license fee simply to build a business.

Our proposed model is based on shared success through an attractive revenue-sharing arrangement , with a modest initial commitment towards onboarding, training, and establishment. As you grow, we grow together .

This is not a salaried employment position . It is an independent business opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term local accounting services portfolio while leveraging the professional expertise, systems and infrastructure of an established accounting practice.
