Onetrak is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our Service and Parts operations across Victoria and South Australia.

This senior leadership role is responsible for the performance of multiple branches, with a primary focus on leading high-performing Service and Parts teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong mechanical aptitude and a sound technical understanding of heavy equipment, earthmoving machinery, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop multi-site teams across VIC and SA

- Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention

- Manage regional P&L;, budgets, and financial performance

- Provide technical leadership and oversight of service operations

- Build and leverage a strong customer network

- Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance

- Oversee branch operations,



safety, and continuous improvement

- Travel: Approx. 1 week per month in South Australia and regional areas

About you:

- Proven people leadership experience (multi-site preferred)

- Established customer network in heavy equipment / construction / forestry / quarrying

- Strong sales and business development capability

- Sound mechanical aptitude / technical knowledge of heavy machinery

- Experience managing budgets, P&L;, and operational performance

- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Current driver’s licence

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

- Relevant trade qualification preferred

- Formal business qualification (MBA or similar)
