Critchley & Associates Conveyancers is a well-established South Australian conveyancing practice with a strong reputation for providing professional, personalised and reliable conveyancing services.

We are seeking ideally an experienced Registered Conveyancer to join our team. This is primarily a full-time position; however, we are flexible with working hours for the right applicant and would be happy to discuss arrangements that suit both the successful candidate and the business.

The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to join a professional and supportive team, with the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing matters from commencement through to settlement and providing a high level of service to clients.

Experience with land divisions and Form 1 preparation would be highly regarded and will be a significant advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing residential property sale and purchase transactions from commencement through to settlement.
- Preparing and reviewing Contracts of Sale and Form 1 documentation.
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, brokers, other conveyancers and solicitors.
- Managing PEXA settlements.
- Providing clear and professional advice to clients.
- Managing file administration and AML /VOI compliance requirements.
- Managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently.

About You We are looking for someone who:

- Is a Registered Conveyancer in South Australia.
- Has demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing.




- Can confidently manage files independently from commencement through to settlement.
- Has strong knowledge of South Australian conveyancing procedures and requirements.
- Has land division experience or a strong understanding of land division processes — highly desirable.
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage competing deadlines.
- Takes pride in providing excellent client service.
- Is confident using PEXA and relevant conveyancing systems.
- Works well independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
