What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent Aged Care experience
- Experience with care planning, documentation & aged care standards
- Current National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to older residents
- Completing assessments & managing clinical care plans
- Overseeing medication administration & documentation
- Supporting residents with chronic, complex, and age-related conditions
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams




- Promoting safety, dignity, and quality of life for all residents
