We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join an established aged care team in Grafton.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents, working closely with care staff, families and the broader clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The role will include:

- Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
- Completing clinical assessments and care planning
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
- Managing medications and clinical documentation
- Responding to changes in residents' health and escalating concerns appropriately
- Supporting residents living with dementia
- Working collaboratively with care and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining compliance with relevant aged care standards and legislation
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families

About You

To be successful,



you will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Australian experience within aged or geriatric care
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience working with, or a willingness to develop your skills in, dementia care
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
