Registered Nurse – Perm Part Time

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our permanent team in the Frankston/Mornington Peninsula area, providing high-quality clinical care and support to clients living in their own homes.

This is a permanent part time role servicing a diverse range of clients, so we are looking for a nurse with a broad clinical skill set and the ability to confidently manage a variety of client needs.

The Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will:

- Observe clients' wellbeing and make recommendations regarding care enhancements to the Case Manager.
- Provide clinical support across a diverse range of clients and care needs.
- Assist clients with social support, personal care and community access where required.
- Administer medications in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in client reviews and work collaboratively with clients and their families to evaluate health outcomes.
- Provide wound care, wound management and clinical assessments.
- Support clients with a range of complex and ongoing health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.

You Will Be

- Comfortable travelling between client homes across the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula areas.

YOU WILL HAVE

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Substantial post-registration clinical experience, with experience across a range of clinical settings highly regarded.
- Recent clinical experience and demonstrated competency in areas such as wound care, dementia, acute care and palliative care.
- Experience supporting clients with neurological, cardiac and respiratory conditions.
- Previous community nursing experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience in aged care is highly regarded, together with exposure to acute clinical environments.
- Experience with fall prevention, seizure management and PEG feeding is desirable.
- Current CPR certification, issued within the last 12 months.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.




- A current Australian driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle with appropriate comprehensive insurance.
- Availability to work at least four weekdays per week.
- Ability and willingness to travel between client locations, including approximately 30–45 minutes between appointments where required.

LOCATION & TRAVEL: This role is based in and around Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula and involves regular travel between clients' homes. Applicants located in Frankston and surrounding Mornington Peninsula suburbs are encouraged to apply.
