A specialist Banking & Finance practice is seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join its growing team, working on a range of lending, property finance, and secured transactions for a diverse lender client base.

The Role

You’ll work across a broad range of transactional lending matters, assisting with the preparation and negotiation of loan, mortgage and security documentation, conducting due diligence, managing settlements, and supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.

The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters as your experience develops. You’ll work directly with lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders while building strong technical skills across property finance, commercial lending, and secured transactions.

You’ll be encouraged to take responsibility for your work, develop commercial judgement, and contribute to delivering practical outcomes for clients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About You

You are a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with approximately 1–4 years' post-admission experience gained in Banking & Finance, property finance, mortgage lending, commercial property,



or a related transactional practice area.

You have strong attention to detail, enjoy working on complex transactions, and are looking to further develop your technical expertise within a specialist practice. You are proactive, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of client service.

You enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues, take ownership of your work, and are eager to continue building your career in a team that values initiative and professional development.
