or maintain their Industrial doors - and we’re looking for a superstar Customer Experience Officer / Storeperson to come join our team! Have you got what we are looking for?

What are we looking for?

We're looking for an all-rounder who is equally comfortable helping customers, managing stock, coordinating technicians and keeping our operations organized.

What we need from you:

What the day to day will look like:

- Assisting with customer enquiries by phone and email
- Assisting with coordinating clients and technicians
- Receiving deliveries - Let us know if you have a forklift license, if you don't don't worry, we'll get you one!
- Maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring plant and equipment is maintained, and records of all inspections and repairs are kept.
- Keeping on top of WHSE requirements, updating SWMS, hazard registers, etc. as needed
