ALS is seeking a motivated Supervisor for the Metals & Wet Chemistry team at our Rydalmere laboratory in Sydney. You will lead a capable team, ensuring compliant, efficient operations and solid safety performance.
You will drive capacity planning, schedule adherence and ongoing improvement initiatives while maintaining data integrity and GMP/GLP compliance. A degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science is required, with 5+ years in analytical labs and leadership experience.
