Landscaper - Rockingham

Location: Rockingham, WA Job Type: Contract - 2 to 6 months

Salary: $37.25 per hour

The Role

We are currently seeking experienced Landscapers for multiple opportunities based in Rockingham, with ASAP starts available. We are looking for candidates with landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, a strong work ethic and the right attitude. A C Class licence is suitable for most positions, with a couple of roles requiring a minimum LR licence.

The role is Monday to Friday on a 9-day, 76-hour fortnight, with an RDO every second Monday.

Key Responsibilities

· General landscaping and grounds maintenance · Mowing, edging and brush-cutting

· Operating landscaping equipment

· Basic gardening and turf maintenance

· General manual labour as required

· Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace

What We're Looking For

To be considered for these roles, you will ideally have: · Previous landscaping, gardening, horticulture or grounds maintenance experience

· Hands-on experience with whipper snippers, mowers and other landscaping equipment

· Ride-on mower experience is highly desirable

· Previous council/local government experience is favourable

· A strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work effectively as part of a small team

· Good understanding of safe work practices

· Previous manual work experience

· C Class Driver's Licence minimum - some positions require a minimum LR licence





· White Card / Construction Induction Card

· National Police Clearance

· Ability to successfully complete a DAS test prior to commencement

· Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

Formal equipment tickets are not essential, provided you have relevant hands-on experience.
