About the Role

As a Residential Sales Agent, you'll be the person locals turn to for buying, selling and understanding the market. Day to day, you'll be:

- Prospecting and generating your own listings across residential properties
- Building and nurturing genuine relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
- Conducting property appraisals, open homes and private inspections




- Negotiating offers and guiding clients smoothly from listing through to settlement
- Representing the Ray White brand with professionalism, energy and local knowledge
- Working closely with our property management and admin teams to deliver a seamless client experience

What You'll Need

- A current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Registration or Licence
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love of people and community
- Self-motivation, resilience and a strong work ethic — real estate rewards those who put in the effort
- A connection to, or genuine interest in, the Stanthorpe and Granite Belt lifestyle
- Real estate sales experience is a bonus but is not essential — we're just as interested in career-changers, locals with strong community networks, and anyone ready to put in the work
