THE ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading from the floor and ensuring every service delivers the high standards expected of a luxury international hotel.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll balance exceptional guest service with commercial performance, team development and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include

- Lead the restaurant operation across busy services, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Manage, motivate and develop a large and diverse food & beverage team
- Set the standard for service excellence and create a positive, engaging team culture
- Recruit,



train and develop team members while identifying and nurturing emerging leaders
- Build strong relationships with guests and confidently handle feedback and service recovery
- Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions and commercial initiatives
- Monitor restaurant performance, labour costs, budgets and other key operational targets
- Manage rostering and staffing levels to meet business demands
- Maintain exceptional presentation, service and operational standards
- Ensure all food safety, workplace health & safety and hotel policies are consistently followed
- Work closely with culinary, events, front office and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest journey
- Support new initiatives and continually look for opportunities to improve the restaurant experience
- Lead by example, remaining visible and actively involved throughout service

THE MUST HAVES

We’re looking for an energetic and polished hospitality professional who knows how to lead a busy restaurant operation and bring out the best in their team.

You’ll ideally have

- Proven senior F&B; management experience within a high-volume restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality environment
- Previous experience managing and developing a sizeable team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue, labour costs and operational performance
- The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused during high-volume services
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
- Confidence handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
- The flexibility to work across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Luxury hotel or premium restaurant experience will be highly regarded
