Brasserie L’Entrecôte is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the restaurant’s daily operations.

Established for over 10 years, Brasserie L’Entrecôte is a successful French restaurant with a loyal customer base, a strong team and a genuine commitment to warm, professional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

- Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service
- Manage, motivate and train the restaurant team
- Maintain consistently high standards of service and presentation
- Prepare rosters and manage labour costs
- Monitor staff performance and support team development
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Oversee stock control, ordering and general restaurant presentation
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
- Support sales, profitability and the restaurant’s continued growth

About you
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar restaurant
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive,



hands-on attitude with a strong floor presence
- Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
- Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
- Availability to work a full-time roster, including weekends
