About the role

You'll join our team in a hybrid role spanning both The Nursery on Glebe retail and production nursery. You'll work to a structured weekly roster — typically 3 days on the retail/nursery floor and 2 days at our production nursery — with days and hours communicated in advance (this may shift a little with weather, season or workload).

Key responsibilities

On the nursery floor, you'll be:

- Serving customers and giving genuine horticultural advice instore
- Watering and caring for stock
- Stock management
- Styling displays and helping with instore design work

At the production nursery, you'll be:
- Picking and preparing stock for dispatch
- Assisting with pot installs and other landscaping jobs
- Driving between sites and to job sites to deliver stock and materials
- General production nursery duties as required

About you

- A horticulture qualification and hands-on experience
- Retail or customer service experience
- A landscaping or production nursery background is a big plus
- A current driver's licence
- Must be available to work weekends in the retail nursery (1 day only)
