GM Global are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to support the day-to-day delivery and performance of our growing commercial operations.
Working across a range of client for our door-to-door commercial campaigns, you’ll be responsible for coordinating people, processes and resources to ensure operations run efficiently and performance stays on track.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across multiple campaigns
- Coordinating internal teams, resources, schedules and campaign requirements
- Monitoring KPIs, performance data and operational results
- Working with managers and team leaders to identify performance opportunities and address operational issues
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training processes
- Developing and improving systems, processes and reporting
- Coordinating campaign launches, logistics and ongoing operational requirements
- Ensuring teams have the resources and support required to deliver effectively
- Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting
- Supporting senior management with planning, forecasting and commercial performance
- Ensuring operational standards, policies and compliance requirements are maintained
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an organised, commercially minded operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in operations, retail, sales management, administration or a similar environment
- Experience coordinating teams, projects or multiple operational priorities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with KPIs, reporting and performance data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Experience in a field-based or multi-site commercial environment will be highly regarded.
