About the Role:

In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with their health and wellness needs, offering advice on over-the-counter products and services.
- Accurately processing sales and prescriptions at the point of sale.
- Managing stock, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the pharmacy.
- Supporting the pharmacist with the dispensing of prescriptions and other dispensary-related tasks.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team setting.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly desirable.




- A Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy would be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and under the guidance of a pharmacist.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
