About the Role

We are seeking a technical Revit specialist & detail-oriented Design Documenter to join this high-performing Design team.

Sitting at the critical junction between creative concept and physical build, you will be responsible for translating stunning interior design concepts into flawless, fully compliant, and highly detailed construction documentation packages.

Working closely with Interior Designers, Estimators, and Project Managers, your core focus will be ensuring buildability, structural integrity, and regulatory compliance across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

You MUST have commercial fit-out/design & construct experience

- Technical Documentation: Utilise Revit to produce comprehensive, accurate models and documentation packages across all project stages (concept, tender, and construction).
- Detailing & Buildability: Develop advanced construction details, partition types, ceiling details, and bespoke joinery shop drawings that guarantee seamless execution on-site.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all documentation adheres strictly to the National Construction Code (NCC/BCA), Australian Standards, DDA compliance, and certification guidelines.
- Services Coordination: Review, overlay,



and coordinate engineering services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire) within the BIM model to mitigate on-site clashes.
- Material Specification: Research and specify technical products, hardware, finishes, and suppliers aligned with project requirements and sustainability goals (Green Star, WELL, NABERS).
- Site & Construction Support: Complete site measurements and audits. Partner with the site team and contractors during construction to address technical RFIs and ensure design intent is realised.

About You:

- Software Mastery: Advanced, highly efficient Revit capabilities are essential. Competency in Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is highly regarded.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in commercial construction, office fit-outs, or D&C; environments. Essential
- Technical Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of commercial building codes, construction methods, and joinery detailing.Essential
- Problem-Solving: An adaptable, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges on the fly.
- Collaborative Mindset: Robust multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the drive to work cohesively across multi-disciplinary teams (Sales, Estimating, and Projects).
