WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Above everything else, we want people who know their trade,



work safely and back their crew.

You’ll ideally bring

- Current High Risk Work Licence – RB, RI or RA;
- White Card;
- DG and EWP tickets where required;
- Experience in structural steel, precast and/or tilt-up installation;
- Ability to read and interpret drawings;
- Strong understanding of lifting operations, pre-starts and site safety;
- Transparent radio communication and the ability to work effectively with crane crews; and
- A safety-first attitude and willingness to get in and get the job done.
