Are you an experienced Rope Access Shutdown Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? Tasman Rope Access Pty Ltd (TRA), an Australian-owned leader in rope access services, is seeking a agile and experienced Rope Access Supervisor to join on a 20:8 roster.

What We Need From You:

- 3-5 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically with construction and large-scale maintenance projects

- Current IRATA Certification
- Nationally accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space (within 3 years)
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug,



and alcohol screening

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources and timelines
- Lead, motivate, and ensure the safety of the team on-site
- Ensure clear communication and regular updates for all stakeholders
- Troubleshoot problems and ensure all work meets industry standards and company policies
- Oversee resource management, time management, and documentation
