Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 a year.

Jolong Australia (SA) Pty Ltd is a supplier of window and door systems with operations across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities and support the continued growth of the business.

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, expanding market opportunities and sales channels, and driving the growth of our window and door products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, business plans and sales targets.
- Lead sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets, increase market share and develop current sales channels across Australia.
- Research market opportunities, customer requirements, market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve brand awareness, sales performance and profitability.
- Manage customer profiling and lifecycle strategies, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-selling opportunities.




- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage marketing materials, brand marketing plans and the company's product portfolio.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and business plans and monitor performance against established targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to support continued business growth.

About You

- Relevant qualification and at least 3 years' sales and marketing experience in the window and door industry.
- Previous experience in a management position.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Self-driven, resilient and accountable, with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in the window and door industry.
