Burger Urge is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support our Support Office, franchise network and corporate venues. The role is hands-on, emphasising organisation, problem-solving and building a career in People & Culture.
You’ll report to the HR Manager and handle day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, contracts, and employee records across the business. Experience with TANDA and a valuable grasp of Australian employment legislation are desirable.
