Austin Engineering is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our national HR team at our Head Office in Kewdale. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent across blue- and white-collar roles, with autonomy to shape recruitment strategy.

Reporting to the National HR Lead, you will partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment, manage the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding, and support HR systems like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
