Job Description

About the Role: As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will deliver outstanding workplace experiences in every interaction. This is more than a reception role - you will be central to ensuring seamless daily operations across workplace services. You’ll work closely with the National Workplace & Operations Manager and collaborate with facilities, building management, and service vendors to ensure a smooth and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Front-of-house reception and VIP visitor management
- Access pass and contractor coordination
- Meeting room and event bookings, including catering coordination
- Mail and courier management
- Locker and carpark allocation management
- Reactive maintenance coordination via internal systems
- Weekly OH&S; tenancy floor inspections and reporting

About You

- Strong reception,



hospitality or customer service experience
- Professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent organization and time management
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment
- High attention to detail
- Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred but not essential)
