Origin is seeking a Customer Operations qualified in Retail Operations to be the frontline contact for Residential customers across gas, electricity and broadband. You’ll report to a Customer Operations Leader and handle queries via phone and email, with training provided.
The role involves end-to-end service across multiple channels, and you'll be trained in every aspect of the customer experience so you can resolve issues and prevent loops between departments.
