Queensland Government, Department of Education, is seeking a Youth Transition Officer to build relationships with young people and families at risk of involvement with the Youth Justice System.

You'll work with Court Liaison Officers and regional staff to support education pathways, understand relevant legislation, and engage Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families in a culturally sensitive way.
