Westside Meat Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Warehouse Administrator to coordinate the administrative aspects of its chilled, frozen and finished-product storage and distribution operations. The successful applicant will maintain warehouse records, administer stock movements and coordinate with production, inventory, transport and dispatch personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Key Duties

- Maintain accurate warehouse, pallet and product-location records.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of meat products and operational supplies.
- Record and monitor stock movements into and out of chilled and frozen storage.
- Maintain product-identification, batch and traceability records.
- Monitor warehouse capacity and advise relevant personnel of storage requirements.
- Coordinate loading and dispatch schedules with warehouse and transport personnel.
- Prepare and verify warehouse and dispatch documentation.
- Reconcile physical stock against electronic warehouse and inventory records.
- Investigate and report warehouse or stock discrepancies.
- Record damaged, rejected, expired or quarantined products.




- Liaise with production, stock control, customer orders and transport personnel.
- Prepare warehouse activity, capacity and inventory reports.
- Comply with cold-chain, food-safety, workplace health and safety and company procedures.

Skill & Experience

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

- A relevant AQF Certificate II or III, or an equivalent qualification; or at least one year of relevant warehouse administration, logistics or distribution experience.
- Experience using warehouse or inventory-management systems.
- An understanding of stock movements, warehouse documentation and dispatch processes.
- Solid organisational and recordkeeping skills.
- Sound computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- The ability to work accurately in a temperature-controlled processing and distribution environment.
- Experience in food production, meat processing, cold storage or regulated warehousing is desirable.
