Detailed Job Description : TechnicalBusiness Analyst (TBA) with API integration

Technical Business Analyst(TBA) with deep hands-on experience in data integration, API endpoints, andenterprise systems interoperability. To work across business and engineeringteams to translate requirements into integration designs, define and validateendpoint contracts, and support delivery through the full lifecycle—fromdiscovery and solution design to testing, deployment,



and post-implementationsupport.

- Strong knowledge of RecordsManagement domain

- Robust data mapping andtransformation logic documented and validated

- Secure, resilient, and performantendpoint designs aligned with standards

Responsibilities

Discovery & Analysis

- Elicit and document business andtechnical requirements for integrations, data flows, and systeminterfaces.

- Map current-state and target-statedata journeys, including source/target systems, latency, SLAs, andoperational constraints.

- Perform gap analysis, identifydependencies, risks, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) such assecurity, performance, observability, and scalability.
