What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing and nurturing an existing database of buyers and sellers
- Generating and converting listing opportunities
- Selling residential properties
- Conducting buyer appointments, inspections, and sales presentations




- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Managing CRM activity and database engagement
- Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Achieving individual sales targets and performance goals

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential real estate sales experience
- Strong listing, selling, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to convert opportunities into results
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
- Experience working with databases and lead management systems
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred
