About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for people interested in owning a Best Brains Learning Centre. You'll generate and qualify leads, explain the franchise model, and guide candidates through the sales process from enquiry to signing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a growing market.

Key responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inbound franchise enquiries (phone, email, website)
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls and presentations
- Clearly explain the Best Brains model, investment range, training and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and keep the pipeline moving
- Coordinate with operations on territory, site selection and centre setup
- Support franchise marketing activities and events
- Build strong relationships with potential franchisees and follow up consistently
- Report on activity and conversion metrics

About you

- Proven experience in sales, business development or franchise recruitment (education or service-based industries a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can explain a concept clearly and build trust quickly
- Organised,



proactive and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Experience with CRM systems
- Genuine interest in education and helping families
- Full working rights in Australia
