Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and revenue. You will engage with prospective customers, build high-value relationships, identify needs, and close recent business.

Weekly and monthly, you will collaborate with management to analyse results, track sales targets, and refine field strategies in an energetic, results-backed team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales teams, providing guidance, support and motivation to drive team performance and achieve company targets.

- Conduct direct, face-to-face consumer and business engagement within assigned sales territories.

- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff, helping new team members develop their sales skills and integrate into the team

- Deliver persuasive product presentations and communicate compelling value propositions.

- Contribute to company growth by consistently achieving sales targets and following the company’s sales structure and processes





- Consistently meet and exceed weekly individual sales targets and revenue KPIs.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term trust and brand loyalty.

- Maintain accurate sales data and provide field market insights back to management.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success in high-volume customer service roles, customer sales or account management.

- Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record to achieving targets, exceptional communication, rapport-building, and active listening capabilities.

- High Motivation: Financially driven, goal-oriented, growth-oriented and determined to hit top-bracket commission targets.
