We're Hiring: Salesforce Principal / Solution Architect

VAT Talent is partnering with a leading organization to find an experienced Salesforce Principal / Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and transformation programs. This is a senior, high-impact role based in Abu Dhabi , and candidates must be open to relocation.

About the Role

You'll own Salesforce solution and enterprise architecture across complex, multi-cloud implementations — spanning Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Field Service, CPQ, Data Cloud and Education Cloud — while providing technical governance, mentoring architects, and driving Salesforce practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce solution and enterprise architecture for complex, multi-cloud implementations
- Design solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Field Service, CPQ, Data Cloud and Education Cloud
- Define integration, data, security, scalability and DevOps architectures
- Architect integrations with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms using APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft and other integration technologies
- Provide technical governance across Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, OmniStudio and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, HLD/LLD reviews and solution governance
- Support RFPs, customer workshops, solutioning, POCs and executive presentations
- Mentor architects and technical teams,



contributing to Salesforce CoE/practice growth

Required Expertise

- Strong multi-cloud Salesforce architecture experience
- Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
- Agentforce / Einstein / Salesforce AI
- Enterprise integration, data and security architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft and API-led architecture
- Robust understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, Salesforce security and data architecture
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, GitHub or Jenkins
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- 12–18 years overall IT experience with deep Salesforce expertise
