You will provide expert guidance across health, safety, wellbeing, workplace and sustainability, supporting the implementation of The Downer Standard and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor operational teams to strengthen Zero Harm culture, lead incident investigations, and influence safety outcomes through robust risk management and governance activities
