The Role

Get in the thick of it ona majoraccount - bringing campaigns to life across a diverse mix of sponsorships and always-on activity.

You’llbe hands-on with implementation and buying, working closely with your team to make sure everything launches smoothly and delivers exactly as planned.

This is a fast-moving role whereyou’llbuild your skills quickly, own your piece of the puzzle, and see your work hit the market in real time.

Key Accountabilities:

- Be at thecentreof delivery, keeping campaigns and sponsorships running smoothly end to end
- Support briefs, implementation, and reporting to ensure seamless execution every time
- Own media buying across channels, making sure campaigns land exactly as planned
- Stay across the detail, from media plans and specs to timelines and deliverables
- Build strong relationships with media partners tomaximiseevery opportunity
- Use tools and data to track performance,optimiseactivity, and sharpen results




- Work closely with offshore teams to keep outputaccurate, efficient, and on time
- Keep finances and queries in check, ensuring everything is invoiced correctly and resolved quickly

What You Will Bring:

- 1–2 years in a media agency, with hands-on experience across integrated campaigns
- A solid understanding of the Australian media landscape across broadcast and digital
- Confidence building relationships and working with a wide range of people
- A proactive attitude with the drive to learn fast and take ownership
- The ability to stay calm andorganisedin a fast-paced, always-moving environment
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in getting the basics right every time
- Strong time management, balancing multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Genuine interest in the category and curiosity to understand what drives performance
