Workfast is looking for a Warehouse Labourer to join our client’s team, a leading provider of 3PL warehousing and distribution services in Sydney.

Pay rate: $39.20 per hour + OT penalties + super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Full-time hours, Ongoing)
Location: Moorebank NSW

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and the physical capability to perform essential day-to-day warehousing tasks. This role requires an ongoing commitment, strong reliability, and a hands‑on approach to handling stock, general labour, and supporting the broader on‑site team across the afternoon shift.

What you need

- Physical capability to perform manual handling, including repetitive lifting, loading, and unloading of stock.
- RF Scanning experience
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a active work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.




- Valid Photo ID and full right to work in Australia.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual handling environment is preferred but not required.

What you will be doing

- Manual loading, unloading, sorting, and palletising stock and freight.
- RF scanning products and cycle counts
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for despatch.
- Assisting with inventory movement, stock counts, and general warehouse upkeep.
- Keeping work areas, aisles, and packing stations clean, clear, and safe.
- Coordinating with shift supervisors to execute daily targets efficiently.
- Complying with site WHS policies to maintain a secure working environment.
