We are seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to join our team as Queensland-Wide Mystery Shoppers on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently across various retail and service locations throughout Queensland, based in Brisbane QLD 4000. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses understand and improve their customer service delivery by providing authentic, unbiased feedback on customer experiences. This role is perfect for those who enjoy flexibility and want to contribute to service excellence across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Visit assigned retail and service locations to evaluate customer service quality, staff interactions, and facility standards
- Observe and document detailed information about your shopping experience, including product displays, store cleanliness, and employee professionalism
- Conduct transactions as a regular customer and assess the efficiency and friendliness of staff members
- Complete comprehensive mystery shopper reports with accurate observations, ratings, and comments within specified timeframes
- Follow specific guidelines and instructions for each assignment to ensure consistency and reliability in evaluations
- Travel to various locations across Queensland as assignments are allocated
- Maintain confidentiality regarding your role and the purpose of your visits
- Provide constructive feedback that helps businesses identify areas for improvement in customer service
What we're looking for
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to observe and recall specific information accurately
