We are seeking an experienced and passionate Salon Manager to lead our Carindale salon team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment a guest walks through the door. This role is ideal for a highly organised qualified who understands that outstanding consultations, seamless salon systems, and strong stylist support are the foundation of a successful salon.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily salon operations, ensuring every guest receives a premium experience while supporting the team to perform at their best. With a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, you will drive performance across appointments, retail, stock management, guest records, team support, and overall salon efficiency off-floor. Although you will not be required to take guests of your own, you will be required to be able to support and assist the stylists where required.
