Role Description The Search Engine Marketing Specialist at Mind-X is a part-time, remote role focused on driving qualified traffic and measurable results through paid search and related digital channels. Day-to-day activities include planning, setting up, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads; conducting keyword research to identify high-performing terms; and managing bids, budgets, and ad copy. The specialist monitors web analytics and campaign performance metrics, prepares concise reports, and recommends data-backed adjustments to improve ROI and conversion rates.

This role collaborates with marketing and content teams to align SEM strategy with overall digital marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to align SEM efforts to broader campaign goals.




- Proficiency in Keyword Research and Paid Search Campaigns, including ad creation, bid management, and optimization.
- Experience using Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization is beneficial.
- Previous experience in SEM or performance marketing and relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads) are a plus.
