We are currently seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our passionate and close-knit front-of-house team. This is an exciting prospect to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality group that prides itself on quality, service, and unforgettable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in fast-paced, premium dining
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong multitasking
- Fluent English and full Australian working rights
- Current RSA certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Present menus and share detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and potential allergens
- Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware
- Inform guests of daily specials and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or memorisation
- Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and with finesse
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area and table settings
- Handle bill payments and clear tables efficiently
- Participate in pre-service briefings and stay updated on menu changes and special events
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Strive to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
