The Role

By joining us as a Security Technician you will be required to work Monday to Friday although the opportunity for some weekend and after-hours work may be available on an Ad-Hoc basis.

Responsibilities include:

- Ability to communicate with other trades and head contractor with site planning/issues.

- Handling basic repairs and maintenance

- Working in a Trade / Construction setting and following Industry benchmark WHS requirements.

- Supervision of apprentices

- Fault diagnostic, Installation Testing and Commissioning.

- Reporting of work carried out in our digital Job management system

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Good time management skills,



and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

- Competent person with excellent people skills and a clean and tidy presentation

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

- Attention to detail, problem solving and sound judgment

- Self-motivated and organised

- Ability to use app-based programs

Minimum requirements:

- A current car driver's license

- White card

- Willing to have a police check

- Willing to obtain a working with Vulnerable people card

Desirable:

- Electrical Practitioners Licence

- Communication Cabling Licence

- Experience in Commercial Installations would be an advantage.

- Includes Systems such as - Tecom, Bosch, Galagher, Inner Range etc.
