We are committed to creating a sustainable environment for our children's future. Our centre has solar electricity, water tanks to harvest rainwater for gardening and water play. In addition, we believe in the importance of nature play for children's development. Our centre is the only centre in Ripley with our own ON SITE Bush Kindy program in our fabulous bush kindy space! Wings Early Learning is dedicated to ensuring the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children in our care by implementing recruitment, induction, and training procedures that comply with the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law, Education and Care Services National Regulations, NSW Child Safe Standards, the Working with Children Check Act 2025 (NSW) (WWCC Act 2025)



and promote a child safe culture.

It is a requirement of this role that you have already completed The Government mandatory Child Protection training - both the foundation module (level 1 and 2) and Advanced module (level 3 and 4) prior to commencement with us.

Role Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Recent experience in an early childhood education and care setting
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) for Lead Educators
- Completed Certificate 3 for Educators
- A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service
- Geccko Child Protection training completed - both the foundation module (level 1 and 2) and Advanced module (level 3 and 4) prior to commencement with us.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators
- Have a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business.
- Bush Kindy experience will be favourable as we have a Bush Kindy area on site at our centre that all rooms visit.
