AVAC Services is an Australian veteran advocacy organisation helping veterans navigate compensation claims under the MRCA and the VETs Act. We are veteran-owned and operated, and our focus is straightforward, getting the right outcome for the veterans we serve. We take the time to understand each veteran's story, and we measure our success by the outcomes we achieve for our clients, not our bottom line.

We are growing, and we are looking for an experienced Advocate / CSC Representative to join our team.

This is a national role. You can work from home, or from our Townsville or Perth offices.

About the role

- 36 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday
- National position — WFH, Townsville, or Perth office
- Supporting veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters
- Working directly with clients,



many of whom carry service-related injury, trauma, or mental health conditions — a trauma-informed, plain-English approach is essential

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience with DVA claims
- Experience with CSC matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting the veteran community
- Ability to work independently in a national, distributed team
