What you’ll do:
- 1.Continuous improve working instruction, flow chart, PFMEA, JSA(Jobsite safety assessment), etc for related production cells, training for operators to improve their capability.
- 2.Quick response to solve problems during production on process.
- 3.Utilizing digital concepts to enhance on-site management and assist in the digital development direction of factories,Improve production efficiency via automation and I4.0,such as Advance Robots, Automated equipment
- 4.Lead produciton efficiency improvement project, RIE(rapid improvement event), VSM, etc, for related production cells to meet annual efficiency improvement target.
- 5.Be responsiblity of production equipment/fixture/tool selection, quotation, purchasing, etc.
- 6.Optimize current process/production cells/layout to improve productivity.
- 7.Working with CI team/EHS team to own related modular of them to pass MESH/EBS/OpA audit.
- 8.Work with NPI team on new products process development, Support current products pilot run, track the open action to be closed.
- 9.Working with quality team to solve quality issues and customer complaints on short/Long term actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years of experience in manufacture Engineer.
