We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations AdministrationOfficer to join our greattransport team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Completing administrative reports and tasks for key customers
- Responding to customer email/phone enquiries
- Assisting fleet allocators and operations staff with administrative tasks
- KPI reporting and key customer statistical reporting
- Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
- A proactive and organised approach,



with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

To be successful in this role you will:

- Take ownership of the role and be able to adapt to the ever changing requirements of transport
- Have a friendly and positive attitude and enjoy working in a team setting
- Possess a strong level of computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Have an understanding of pallet management
