About the role
We are currently looking for a proactive and customer focused Trade Sales/Truck Delivery Driver to be located in our Warrnambool Branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this is a full-time permanent opportunity with real career progression.
You willprovide sales support and knowledge of our products and services, in line with our values and high customer service expectations and be responsible for retail trade sales, customer quotes & Warehousing.The role also requires the need to perform deliveries in a Medium Rigid Truck to service our customers, so if this licence is not already obtained willingness to be trained would be a requirement.

Key responsibilities
- General plumbing trade sales
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Order picking, warehousing,
and stock control activities
- Deliveries in a Medium Rigid truck in accordance with our delivery policy
About you
- Have positive organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong and confident interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Clean full drivers' licence - essential
- Forklift Licence – preferred but not essential
- Medium Rigid truck licence – preferred but not essential
Experience / Qualifications
- No trade experience required!!
- Plumbing or similar industry knowledge – preferred but not essential
