We’re currently on the lookout for a capable, boots‑on‑the‑ground type to take the reins as our next Service Coordinator at United Rentals in Sunshine, Victoria.

This role’s perfect for someone who’s come up on the tools in fabrication, as a Trades Assistant, or with strong site experience and now wants more variety and responsibility in their day. You’ll be juggling installations, repairs and customer coordination with the support of a solid branch behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scoping out customer sites and planning installs or demobilisations with our projects team.
- Coordinating deliveries, contractors and equipment movements
- Jumping on basic repairs and site adjustments where needed, practical trade mindset required
- Keeping the customer experience sharp, responsive, reliable and providing a clean handover
- Helping out in the yard or workshop

About You:

- Strong hands‑on background TA, fabrication,



construction or site‑based
- White card and valid driver’s licence (forklift & EWP tickets are a bonus)
- Able to read site plans and problem‑solve when the job needs it
- Good communicator who’s organised and backs their work
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
