We're seeking a Senior Accountant or Manager to join our growing team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff and play a key role in shaping how we harness AI and digital tools to work smarter.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients across compliance and advisory engagements
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS for a range of entity structures
- Providing proactive, strategic advice to help clients grow and thrive
- Leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation across the firm
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Building strong, lasting client relationships
About you
- Strong technical knowledge across Australian taxation, financial reporting and compliance
- Technology and AI acumen—comfortable adopting new tools and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can transform the profession
- CA or CPA qualified (or well progressed)
- Minimum 4–5 years' experience in Australian public practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine commitment to client service
- A strong team mentality
- Experience with GP accounts an advantage
